Visit any MTN Store and speak to an agent who will provide you with the cash amount you want to withdraw. 

MoMo Agent 
Any MoMo agent will provide you with the cash amount you want to withdraw. 

Bank Account 
Use the MoMo app or dial *120*151# to transfer money from your MoMo account to a local bank account. A standard fee of 2% applies to each transaction.
